Your Friendly Neighborhood Sourdough Baker
A Note to My Customers:
Dear Friends,
After almost two wonderful years of baking my sourdough goodies, I've made the bittersweet decision to close down my home bakery at the end of this month.
My business started as a passion project and side hustle, and I never could have imagined the incredible community that would grow around it. Your support, suggestions and repeat orders meant more to me than you can imagine. Every loaf, cookie, and monthly special that left my kitchen was made with so much dedication and knowing you got to share it with your families has been the best part!
I’ve made this decision as a part of exploring new opportunities and I’m so grateful for the role you’ve played in this one.
Thank you for being apart of this adventure!
I’ll be accepting final orders through the end of the month (the last pickup being October 30th), so if there’s one last treat you’ve been craving, now’s the time!
Love,
One Woman’s Treasure

We ❤️ Sourdough Bread
Welcome to One Woman's Treasure! I am a Cottage Food Operator in Brookfield, CT. All flour used in our products are organic and high quality. I handle all ingredients in a professional manner and have my certification in food safety and handling.
Breads and baked goods are pre-ordered and picked up locally in Brookfield on Thursdays between 2pm-7pm. The open order window is from Fridays at 5pm to Sundays at 5pm for Thursday pickups. Address is provided at checkout.
I offer baked goods such as sourdough bread, baguettes, bagels, & more! I am always looking to expand my sourdough knowledge. All of my products are a labor of love and can take anywhere between 3-4 days to create. Each loaf is carefully handcrafted and cold fermented for over 24 hours.
